Upon arrival you will receive your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Congress and to all official Congress events.
Transportation from Airport to Congress Venue

By Public Transport:

Take the City Airport Train to Wien Mitte and switch to the U3 metro to Johnstraße (750m from the hotel). It takes about 50min.

By taxi:

The ride takes approximately 30min (28km).

Transportation from Vienna Central Station to Congress Venue

By Public Transport:

Take tram 18 to West Bahnhof. From that point many other options can take you closer to the hotel (52, 57A, 60).

Otherwise, take the metro U1 to Stephansplatz, then the U3 to Johnstraße just 750m from the hotel.

Visas
Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to Austria.
Participants are requested to check with their local Austrian Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.
Invitation Letters

An official invitation letter designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be obtained upon request. Please email rachel@bioevents-congress.com and include; your Full Name (as in passport), Nationality, Passport number, Date of Birth and Address.

Please note that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Congress Organizer to provide any financial assistance.
